Renovation Projects
Renovation projects that improve, update, repair, or transform existing spaces based on the client’s needs, site condition, and approved scope of work.
Improving Existing Spaces
RCA Build Pro handles renovation projects for existing residential, commercial, and interior spaces. Renovation work may include layout changes, repairs, upgrades, finishing works, and improvements based on the agreed project scope.
Unlike new construction, renovation requires careful assessment of existing site conditions. Our team coordinates the work to minimize disruption, address existing concerns, and improve the functionality, appearance, and quality of the space.

Condominium Unit Fit-out / Renovation
This studio condominium renovation was developed around the client’s own design direction, with RCA Build Pro’s architect translating the concept into a workable construction plan for actual site implementation.
The unit carries a modern industrial character, expressed through a clean, functional layout and a straightforward design approach. Since the space is compact, the renovation focused on maximizing usability without making the unit feel crowded.
A key priority was the kitchen, which was planned to have ample working and storage space despite the limited floor area. The dining area was also carefully positioned so the client can comfortably watch television while eating, while the TV placement remains practical and visible from the other side of the unit.
Overall, the project balances the client’s preferred industrial-inspired concept with efficient space planning, creating a studio unit that feels modern, functional, and tailored to daily living.
