This design-and-build residential project in Silang, Cavite was created for a retiring couple who wanted a peaceful American-style home with a light, airy, and welcoming atmosphere.

The house was designed with a warm suburban character, featuring a charming front porch, bright exterior finishes, wide windows, landscaped frontage, and a clean white fence that enhances the home’s fresh and homey appeal. Its soft blue siding, white trims, dark roofing, and garden details give the residence a calm, graceful presence — almost reminiscent of a quiet neighborhood home in America.

Beyond its visual style, the project was planned to support comfort, ease of movement, and relaxed everyday living. The fencing, frontage, and outdoor areas were integrated into the overall design to provide privacy, security, and a pleasant view from the street.

Through RCA Build Pro’s design-and-build approach, the project was handled with attention to both architectural character and construction execution, resulting in a residence that feels personal, peaceful, and thoughtfully suited for the homeowners’ retirement years.

Located in Alfonso, Cavite, this ongoing design and build project is a modern interpretation of Mediterranean architecture, refined with clean lines, white minimalist finishes, and a calm, understated character.

Set on a generous 1,000 sqm lot, the residence has an approximate floor area of 300 sqm and was planned to provide both comfortable indoor living and ample outdoor space for future expansion. Its crisp white exterior, simple massing, and restrained architectural details give the home a fresh Mediterranean feel while keeping the overall design clean, bright, and timeless.
The house features a 3-car carport, spacious open areas, and a small second-floor room designed as a private elevated retreat with a commanding view of the main living areas below. This upper-level space adds character to the home while maintaining the project’s overall sense of openness and order.
Currently under construction, the Alfonso Residence is targeted for completion in May 2026.
